Lisa,

Assuming that the label on your gallon can is correct, doesn't that mean you actually got less than what the pump indicated?

In Pennsylvania, such things are regulated by a Department of Weights & Measures.  Don't know if there's such an animal in Texas; maybe Mr. Bloys knows the answer to that.
