Kurt,
My contact person is Nicole Haren.  She has always helped
me out if I ever had any issues, wich I never really have, other
than to tell them I would have to charge more for whatever reason
and to get an approval from someone.  I was really surprised
to see your post, at first I thought you were talking about
someone else with a similar name.  Are you working with the
same branch?
