Ever hear of global warming? The oceans are getting warmer causing more frequent and violent storms. Ever hear of the levy's in New Orleans? They have been issuing warnings about something exactly like this flood happening for the past 50 years that I know of. Yes nature produces the storms but man is causing all the damage to the environment. Man did not repair the levy's or build more. Good question Scott but I won't go on... I have made my point.
