Hey there Gladys. Loan signing is a great income provided there is business and your market is not saturated with hobbyists and experts alike.
In those seasons where business may fluctuate up and down and linger on the down side, try advertising to clients (regular jo customer) for general notary work as well. This came up on one of the notary boards too. Everyone will need a notary during some point in their life--for mortgage, adoption, legal docs...
Many of the expert notary signing agents on some of my favorite notary boards recommend targeting hospitals, driving schools, and adoption agencies as a means to supplement or add to the signing business income. (I love Notary Rotary!)
