I would much rather do the job, invoice and get payment. The too may copy issue sometimes can be attributed to the order sheet is not being clear. Recently, I got an order, and included in it was a box for mortgage information. I got the mortgage information and a copy of the deed, which was requested, and sent it to my client. I got a call from the client asking if they were going to be charged for the mortgage copies and information. After talking to them and understanding that the request was only for a deed copy and ownership information, I assured my client that they would only be charged for the ownership, and not the mortgage information. My suggestion to the VM's, make sure your ownership request, one owner searches, etc., are clearly marked as to what you really want, then we will all be happy campers.
