Thanks for the mention, Robert.  Anyone who is interested in trying eCountySource out for free should email me at Sam@sourcedocsinfo.com and I will be more than happy to provide a temporary User ID and Password for 5 free transactions.  It is a "pay-as-you-go" system, there is no monthly or annual subscription involved. We are constatntly updating the county recording fee information every day -- we don't just update quarterly or annually.  Hopefully this will be found to be of great value to those in our industry who have to deal with recording fees and make their lives a little easier.
