Gail I don't have information on either one of these 2 companies but would offer a suggestion to do your self a favor and never go beyond 30 days with a new client.  Also, check with the Better Business Bureau in your state to see if the new company has any complaints.  Run Secretary of State status and Comptroller of Public Account status.  These would be key indications of a company in trouble.
