This is interesting... but what I find amazing is that the companies that others have mentioned are not the same as the one that called me.  How many companies in India are offering abstracting services? 

If I am not mistaken, India doesn't even have title insurance yet. Last I heard, they were just trying to implement it there.  How can a country that doesn't even offer title insurance be offering these services in the United States?

Oh well... maybe I should open a 7-11.
