You may not be willing to "take the risk" but at least one of the big title insurance companies goes even farther and goes into business with the same situation as in the Indian connections- they know virtually nothing about our ways of working in the respective record rooms or clerk's offices and yet a lot of liability is being put in their trust by doing what they do for them-it just sees to be an extremely disloyal and selling out of the US abstractor that has invested his or her whole professional life developing their business or career with in the confines for the local environment and community. These large companies just do not care about us any more than they care about the consensus of their reckless ways- as long as the immediate effect is "more money" for them. Which is a sad statement for them at the very, very best. When did "outsourcing" actually mean something "good" ? Every time I am exposed to it, it is just more trouble or a lot more steps needed to get the same thing done- we must be the ones that actually pay the price for this "outsourcing" by having to put up with all the hassle.
