Thats great, and I am certain with communication you can resolve whatever issues you have with LSI and continue doing their work.
I realize that times are tough for us, but on the reverse side, LSI isn't having an easy time either. They have had to lay off alot of people, not because they wanted to, but because business has slowed down.
And you are correct when you say there are non-paying companies out there, but I truely believe them to be the minority. We have to refrain from lumping the bad ones with the good ones.
LSI and Reliable Property Reports are both huge clients for me, and I have always been able to resolve any issues I had by picking up the phone and speaking to someone.
Last year someone from LSI returned my call and spent an hour on the phone with me to resolve something. To me, that tells me that they appreciate me and the work I do.
Call me some time and maybe we can exchange some clients.
