I don't know how it works in PA but as you know attorneys are held to a higher standard than the average citizens because they are officers of the court. You need to write a letter to the Supreme Court of PA concerning this nonpayment. In South Carolina we have a Commission on Lawyer Conduct. If you write them, there is a file immediately opened at the Supreme Court. Lawyers are severely reprimanded and possibly disbarred for nonpayment of any bills. I have turned over only one lawyer to the Supreme Court for nonpayment. He paid immediately, of course. But, the Court still opened a file on him. Try that. Another example as to why "attorney only closings" work. I know I am going to get paid a fair price for my work, and I work for attorneys only. Have a nice day!!
