I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your comments. As far as I am concerned, it is right on the money! I too am in it for the long haul, and am just doing the best I can with what I have...and pray for the day "when once again we are respected for the work we do and are paid appropriately" (and in a timely fashion.)
