OMG!  I knew that Aulinsky was Hillary's mentor, but this program is definitely out of Aulinsky's play book - purely Marxist and Big Brotherish.  It was not until I read this article that I understood exactly what he was talking about in his acceptance speech about "If you commit to serving your community, we will make sure you can afford a college education."  

God help us all if this man is actually elected.
