Dont say youve had it with the industry and then say where is the loyalty.   You also should be loyal.  Dont give up.  If you truly enjoy this industry as I do, then fight for preserving it.  Our industry is suprisingly under regulated.  The title insurance is strictly regulated.  Why isnt the abstracting.  Hopefully someone with a greater intellect than I can lead us in the direction of placing pricing parameters on what we charge just like the title industry.  I for one would be a strong advocate and would be willing to assist in such an endeavor.
