Not anymore... clicking on the name takes you to the person's "User Profile" page (though most haven't created one yet).  The email address is still available by clicking on the envelope icon next to the name, unless the user chose to post anonymously.  You also must be logged in to see the envelope icon - this prevents "spam-bots" from culling email addresses.
