The only way that we, as title abstractors, can protect each other from clients that do not pay is to let everyone know the name of the offending title company; and one of the quickest venues to do that is here because almost everyone i talk to goes here to find or post such information. Perhaps we, as title searchers, can either force them to pay, without the extra cost of legal action, if we band together and refuse to do any more work for them. As we all know, if you can't get a title search done in Ohio you will cease to exist as a tile company in Ohio. So, what say you fellow title searchers? tired of getiing the shaft? had enough of non paying clients? I have!  So, just to let you know, if you get any work from Ohio Title Services - not to be confused with Ohio Title - (Sam Cronin is the name to watch out for) don't do it, he doesn't pay. Now he (SAM CRONIN) has associated himself with VANTAGE LAND TITLE (MIAMISBURG - and the name to watch for is ANDY MORGAN) and guess what? You've already guessed - right? yep. Now they don't pay either. so you can take my advice or take your chances, but at least you've been warmed.

IT'S TIME TO STOP THIS RIP-OFF OF TITLE SEARCHERS. PERHAPS WE CAN ALL CONTACT THE UNDERWRITERS AND ASK, NO, DEMAND THAT THE TITLE COMPANIES CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE TO COVER THE TITLE SEARCH. NOW FOR A LITTLE PLAGURISM FROM HISTORY, IF WE DO NOT STICK TOGETHER ON THIS ISSUE WE SHALL ALL HANG SEPARATELY.
