Thanks for your input, it is most appreciated. My intentions with this was to be used after the fact , when payment has been long overdue, so it would not affect current clients or customers, the only ones that would be affected would be those that don't pay- and they are no longer considered "good customers" anyway- But maybe your general disclaimer of "it's mine until you pay" would be a simple way of giving notice.
I would like to hear what others might like to add to this also.
