i received payment today for Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan.  I was very impressed with how Cliff handled the situation and promptly sent me payment.  He was unaware that there was a delinquency on the account.  I will be sending him a monthly statement so that he can have all outstanding invoices for payment in the future.
