I wish....while sometimes they are skewed against independents it often has juicy tidbits I wish I could read.  It is just too darn expensive....same with the Legal Description and others like it.

I had a buddy that subscribed but he would not let me use it.  Sited some sort of agreement with Title Report prevents him from allowing others to use it or even sharing the information.  I am sure it has something to with copyrights, i mean greed.
