you are all so right. Continue the great practice of helping others as word of mouth of your deeds will spread. But maybe you could ask for the contract before you give the advice so that you may accurately provide them the answers they are looking for by being able to review it first. I suppose that sounds bad but in all honesty you are out there helping them and should be the one to get the deal. Sounds to me like the other company matched you to save the deal. I have to wonder if they were charging extra junk fees that Fannie may not have paid. Could that have been a possibility?
One a side note: What would Fannie think about that call???
