What is clear is not your interpretation of code and statute, but that you like to interpret it. Again, you've failed to have your vast corporate team of billions of paralegals do your work for you and research the matter adequately. You have not convinced me at all that you understand the meaning of the word, with your statements speaking clearly to the contrary. Interpret how you want, but saying it's a felony does not make wishes and dreams come true. My comparison to you with those who would persecute and prosecute Rosa Parks was either missed or ignored by you. Either way, the comparison was not her to me, but of you to the rest of the scoundrels in your status quo profession; Nice obfuscation, but not unexpected. In the final analysis, we have some agreement. As I've said all along, people need to read and understand the codes and statutes for themselves. I would mention in counterpoint that “Robert Franco fears it might possibly be illegal from his un-researched viewpoint...” is not any sort of reason for denying people their rights. Good and interesting discussion though.
