Thanks anyway, Robert - I do understand.  We have been under constant personal harrassment by this person for a number of weeks now.  This has been difficult enough, but now we feel he has crossed the line into our professional lives by making unwarrented posts such as the one above.  We have NO business/professional dealings with this person and the above post by him appears to be some attempt at further personal ( and now, professional )  harrassment.  If need be, we will seek further legal counsel.
