Yes, SOT is a wonderful site. My firm Doc Signers has been a member for some time and really enjoy working with the Abstract firms all over the country. We have just started using SOT for promoting our services. Your post is a very valuable reminder of who E&O etc is provided to. Incredible of the fraud that can be committed. When we paid our notaries via echeck, we had one who altered the check and cashed it over and over - 92 times!. And he worked for the Prison in AZ.
