I do current to full owner searches along with document retrievals and deed/mortgage recordings. My company has been in business for over 20 years. My mother started it and I have worked for her on and off for about 10 years, the last five of which have been full time. She decided to retire last year and I took over full service of the business. I am also a full time student at Marshall University finishing up my Legal Assisting degree. I have just one semester left until I get my degree. I am currently looking for the opportunity to expand my business further. I do carry E&O insurance with $1,000,000 coverage. My rates are $49 per current owner search plus copy cost.
