Just to make sure we all understand the question:

You are legitimately asking us to identify the Trustee on a document you are attempting to abstract for a title company?   

 If the answer is yes, maybe a title abstracting course like Sharon suggested is not a bad idea. It sounds as though a basic educational course would benefit both you and your potential clients.
