We were formerly known as Urban Title Search Services and covered Ashland Co; Wayne Co; Richland Co. and Holmes Co. Ohio for over 15 years . I am the owner, Jana Urban-Buzek and have over 25 year's experience in the real estate field  in Ohio. I was also a former successful  liscenced real estate agent for 14 years.

Urban Abstract Inc. provides timely and accurate current owner searches, two owners , 21 year searches, 42 year searches, foreclosure searches,   document retrieval , title updates, deed and mortgage filings, tax payment services, tax and legal, commercial property searches, southern district bankruptcy check. Work done in 24 hours however full searches and commercial orders do require more research. Commercial search fees are per order requirements and research required , which can be extensive.We do not go to Clermont County every day.

We will also go to auctions and bid for banks on foreclosed real estate.
