With the addition of e-recording in Rockdale County, Ga., Simplifile’s service is now available in 1,300 counties and recording jurisdictions, making Simplifile’s e-recording network the largest in the nation.

"The implementation of e-recording offers us an opportunity to significantly increase efficiency while offering convenience to local and out-of-area filers."
Customers also have the ability to track and view the status of their documents that have been submitted through Simplifile, making it easier and more cost-effective to correct and resubmit any rejected documents. If an electronic document is rejected for any reason, customers are notified immediately through Simplifile, giving them the ability to quickly correct and resubmit the document back to the county.
Recording fees and payments can also be processed securely through Simplifile, helping to reduce payment errors.
Rockdale County is the 25th county in the state of Georgia to adopt Simplifile’s e-recording service.
High-speed Internet access, a PC, and a scanner are the minimum requirements for customers to begin e-recording with Simplifile.
