E-Recording eliminates unnecessary postage by allowing us to reject documents and have them corrected and immediately emailed back to us for recording. It also makes for quick turnaround time while saving consumers’ and taxpayers’ money.”

According to Schenkel, the county decided to offer e-recording to provide customers with the most current and efficient way to record documents.
