E-Closing, LLC, the developer of the Web-based title processing suite E-Closing, announced the release of the company's newest product - E-Closing Lite. The latest product is a complete Web-based suite of title and escrow tools designed for small title operations, attorneys and start-ups. E-Closing Lite can be run on all major operating platforms and Web browsers, allowing new clients the flexibility to choose the platforms they are most comfortable using.
According to the company, E-Closing Lite also allows title professionals of all sizes to process files efficiently from initial data entry through recording within a single user-friendly application. The company indicated that the product's implementation generally takes less than a week.
“We are very excited with the release of E-Closing Lite," said Marc Hall, the firm's sales director. "We have found that there is a large disparity between the big expensive software packages and the small antiquated systems that many small operations have to settle with. In order to bridge this gap, we wanted to offer a suite that includes everything the big expensive software packages offer with a price tag that is affordable to small practices. We are making it possible for small business to compete on a large scale.”
According to E-Closing, the product solution will guarantee that no longer will title companies be forced to pay large licensing fees in order to compete at the software level.
A few of the major features available with E-Closing lite are Web-Based access that allows the user to access his files from any computer with a Web-browser; and electronic document scanning and storage, which allows E-Closing Lite users to store all file-related documents within the system and electronically send documents to their clients.
The product also integrates a full escrow accounting module that allows check printing and reconciling of escrow accounts and a branded client-side portal which lets title companies provide their clients with logins to view closing documents and the real-time status of their file.
